Hurom Europe
Hurom arrived in Europe with a premium product and strong global credentials, but limited brand maturity and demand that was scattered rather than compounding across the region. Building a real D2C business meant creating trust and consistent conversion across markets that spoke different languages, bought differently, and expected different things from an ecommerce experience. We became Hurom's long-term growth and digital partner, building the marketing engine and the web experience needed to turn that early presence into a mature, multi-market business.
Building demand that compounds, not just spends
Rather than treating growth as a series of campaigns, we built a long-term strategy that combined always-on performance marketing with seasonal scaling around key commercial periods, plus market-by-market localization of messaging, campaigns, and customer journeys. The goal was durable brand demand that would keep paying back over years, not acquisition that reset to zero every quarter.
Treating the website as part of the growth engine, not a separate project
The ecommerce experience needed to carry the same weight as the marketing sitting on top of it. We looked at landing pages, campaign journeys, conversion paths, and the underlying technical infrastructure as one connected system, so a customer arriving from a German Google ad or a French TikTok campaign landed somewhere that felt built for them, not translated for them.

Fifteen-plus markets, one consistent growth engine
We supported Hurom's expansion across more than 15 European markets, including Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, and Spain, localizing brand messaging, campaign content, and customer journeys market by market so a Korean brand felt genuinely relevant to European audiences rather than simply translated. Alongside that, we ran always-on acquisition across Google, Meta, and TikTok, layered with a seasonal campaign playbook for peak commercial periods, scaling budget when demand was strongest and continuously optimizing for the balance between short-term performance and long-term brand demand.
A storefront built to convert across very different markets
On the web side, we continuously improved Hurom Europe's digital storefront: conversion-focused design, landing pages, campaign pages, clearer product journeys, and stronger calls to action, all built to flex across localized campaigns rather than serve every market the same way. Development work kept pace with that growth, supporting responsive ecommerce experiences, campaign implementation, and tracking, alongside GDPR-conscious measurement and the legal, VAT, and right-of-withdrawal requirements that come with operating across more than a dozen markets at once.
